2025 residency schedule
Two- and four-week residencies at Taleamor Park are scheduled from May through August 2025. Early application is encouraged to ensure choice of dates. All applications will be considered if space is available. Click here to apply.

Fees
Each floor of the residence has two bedrooms, a bath, and a kitchen. The laundry and library on the first floor are shared by residents on both floors. Please let us know if you prefer accommodation on the first floor. Click here for more information about the residence.

WORK in EXCHANGE for FEES
Applicants with financial need can apply for a four-week work-exchange residency. Work-exchange residents participate in residency development and maintenance in exchange for residency fees. They contribute 12 to 15 hours of work each week for four weeks and pay a $112 non-refundable confirmation deposit. CANCELLATION POLICY
Full payment is due three weeks before the start of your residency. If you cancel your residency more than three weeks before your start date, the residency fee (less the $100 non-refundable deposit) is fully refundable. If you cancel less than three weeks before your start date, 75% of your total residency fees will be refunded. Exceptions can be made in case of COVID issues.
