RESIDENCY
Taleamor Park offers self-directed residencies for one or more friends/partners who will share a floor of the residence. All residents must be 21 or older.
Two-, three-, and four-week residencies are scheduled from April to September. Dates for the 2024 residency schedule are on page 3 of the application. For inquiries about residencies longer than four weeks or in other months of the year, contact us.
Each floor of the residence has two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a full bath. The laundry and library (located on the first floor) are shared by both floors. Residents are expected to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the residence and their studio spaces.
Taleamor Park is located in the middle of a working farm, surrounded by other farms. Grocery stores, cafés, and other urban amenities are not safely accessible by foot or bike. For residents without a car, groceries are available via online ordering, delivery from local stores, or coordinated curbside pick-up with Taleamor hosts.
Taleamor Park hosts live in an adjacent building.
